Customer Service Representative (CSR) Transportation Specialist
This position is the hub of communication between our transportation clients and vendors. Our CSR position could be considered a hybrid of Customer Service and Project Management.
A day in the life at K&R
Client and vendor emails primarily drive your daily activity with an occasional phone or video call. Our office is a cozy space with 2-5 people that you will work closely with day after day. We also have two remote team members on the east coast that you will interact with on occasion. Frequent themes throughout the day include:
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Collaboration with vendors to coordinate complex projects
- Email conversations that require situational awareness and sensitivity to all party’s roles and interests
- Developing trusting relationships with our clients and vendors
- Walking trips to the coffee shop and/or bakery

- Able to commute to Lehi, UT for office hours (M-F, 8am-5pm)
- Can recognize and manage changing priorities

Responsibilities
- Manage airport & transportation quotes and orders for adhesive graphics, SEG graphics, and SEG frames.
- Handle client Q&A, track approval documents, and verify shipping information
- Coordinate airport graphic installations with client and install partners.
- May require travel to in-person site visits to assist with site surveys or installations.
Travel opportunities arise 2-4 times per year and last 2-5 days. - Work with Design Services on client layout requests.
- Maintain project updates with vendors, clients, and K&R order system.
- Own end-to-end delivery for select client accounts and/or campaigns.
- Lead project calls with clients.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales on new opportunities.
- Make recommendations to Operations that improve efficiency or elevate the client experience.
- Support the orders team with coverage for other products & services.
