K&R Solutions Group was founded in 2019 by a trio of industry experts in airport and OOH (Out of Home) advertising production. We are a proven partner that produces and installs printed tension fabric, SEG graphics, and lightboxes. In 2024, we redefined sustainability in our industry by introducing Bio Knit, the first-ever biodegradable dye sublimation fabric.
Our clients range from media agencies and airports to schools, global retail brands, and international security companies. Personalized customer service is our trademark for projects both large and small.

Karen has worked in the airport and retail industry for over 15 years as a senior new business development manager. She has managed marketing campaigns for four major OOH media agencies in addition to rollouts for luxury retail brands. With her wide range of OOH experience, Karen recognized an opportunity for a woman-owned, ACDBE-certified vendor. Together with a few of her colleagues, she launched K&R Solutions Group in 2019.

Audrey has managed projects in the retail and transportation industries for over 7 years. Her design and manufacturing background allow her to bring technical and non-technical stakeholders together for successful collaboration. Audrey is involved at all K&R project stages to ensure that a client’s vision becomes reality.
RHETT SEARS
Chief Operating Officer
Rhett has worked in the printing industry for over 20 years in nearly every capacity; print operator, service technician, and sales, with the last 10 years focused on project management. In 2012, he was introduced to the OOH world and proceeded to grow an annual multi-million dollar list of satisfied clients. He specializes in process development and implementation to streamline project execution at K&R.
