CSR

The CSR is the hub of communication between our clients and vendors. Our CSR position could be considered a hybrid of Customer Service and Project Management.

A day in the life of a CSR

Client and vendor emails primarily drive your daily activity with an occasional phone or video call. Our office is a cozy space with 2-4 people that you will work closely with day after day. We also have two remote team members on the east coast that you will interact with daily.

This includes:

  • Processing graphic and frame orders which involve client Q&A, tracking approval documents, and verifying shipping information
  • Creating price quotes for Design Services, Installation, and Production
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Frequent collaboration with our vendors to monitor complex projects
  • Email conversations that require situational awareness and sensitivity to all party’s rolls and interests
  • Coordinating installation work
  • Developing trusting relationships with our clients and vendors

This is K&R

We provide print, project management and installations for graphic projects nationwide. Our primary clients are in aviation, education, and retail. K&R was founded in 2019 and we truly count our team (and many clients) as family!

This is YOU

  • Able to commute to Lehi, UT for office hours (M-F, 8am-5pm)
  • Can recognize and manage changing priorities
  • Able to communicate honestly about your timelines, challenges, and questions
  • Have a strong character that is empathetic but able stand firm or push back when necessary
  • Able to work autonomously in a quiet office
  • Enjoy occasional collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal colleagues
  • Can communicate clearly and effectively
  • Have a sense of humor
  • Are open to a variety of tasks, where “Not my job” is not your mindset
  • Feed off of accomplishment and recognition

Required Skills

  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Phone & video call etiquette
  • Mathematical understanding regarding feet/inch conversion and percentage calculations.

Useful Skills

  • Photoshop and Illustrator
  • CAD experience (any program)
  • Ability to read architectural and shop drawings
  • Print Production experience
  • Project management
